I’ve called Chattanooga home for over two decades, and I still get excited every time I find a new corner of it to love. I live in the historic neighborhood of Saint Elmo with my partner and our four cats—Mab, Cloudstrife, Moggy, and Levin—who are technically not licensed agents but have strong opinions about mid-century finishes.
When I’m not relentlessly advocating for my Real Estate clients, I spend my time diminishing an ever-growing stack of books I insist I’ll read before buying more, scavenging antique stores like a Victorian raccoon, and interrogating servers about gluten-free menu items.
However, my primary passion lies in helping Sellers and Buyers—especially first-timers—navigate a market that’s equal parts hopeful and horrifying. Low inventory. Confusing trends. Price tags that are... aspirational. It’s a lot. People hesitate. Blink. Miss their opportunity.
That’s where I come in. I’m relentlessly fact-based, emotionally grounded, and quietly (or not-so-quietly) obsessed with helping people stop panicking and start planning. I believe in equity—not just the kind you build in a house, but the kind that lets people believe they actually deserve to own one.
Is that a bit much? Maybe. But so is this market.
