This was my first time going through the home buying process (and my first time living in Chattanooga) and it couldn't have been any smoother with Hannah's help. She is extremely knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods and areas around the city, and quickly zeroed in on what I was looking for. There was never any pressure to stick to one property and was pleasant through every tour, and we looked at a TON of houses. Hannah was a phone call or text away any time I had a question, and was on top of communicating with lenders, sellers, and contractors without even having to ask. Offers and negotiations were always met with research and comps to provide every piece of information I needed to make an educated decision that I was comfortable with. "Bob was great for so many different reasons. He is very patient and must have gone to 20 homes with us over the several months we worked with him. He gave us our space when we needed it but always kept in touch. He gave his honest opinion of every house and never sugar coated anything. When we walked into our home we knew it was the one for us and Bob jumped into action. We were able to beat multiple other offers with the one that Bob drew up for us. We live in Chicago but it was if we were there with him in Tennessee. If you live out of state and you’re planning to buy a home in Tennessee or Georgia you need to contact Bob. He’ll start as your realtor and end up as your friend."

"Dixon Realty recently listed and sold two properties for us; BOTH properties sold in less than 60 days. It was an absolute pleasure working with Bob, and I highly recommend him! His years of experience and professionalism really proved to be an huge asset in dealing with many facets of getting the properties ready for listing, to negotiations, preparing and guidance through the many documents, and finally getting us to closing. In this case there were a few more complexities where both houses were in a Trust after both our parents passed away. Next time I have any real estate dealings I will choose Dixon Home Realty!"
